1) Normal SMS (Route): this route is used for marketing and promotional purpose. Messages will be delivered on both Non DND & DND Numbers. Delivery timing 0-10 minutes.

2) Priority SMS: this route is used for marketing and promotional purpose. Messages will be delivered on both Non DND & DND Numbers. Delivery timing 0-3 seconds. As the name is priority itself.

3) Marketing SMS: this route is used for marketing and promotional purpose. Messages will be delivered on both Non DND & DND Numbers. Delivery timing 0-1 hours.

4) Transactional SMS: This route is used for sending information only. no marketing activity is allowed. Messages will be delivered on the DND numbers also. delivery timing: 0-3 seconds.
